Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout Ireland and may offer international shipping to selected destinations. Shipping availability and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping Charges

Delays and Lost Shipments
Ridevolt Bikes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ridevolt Bikes is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.
